Some things in our lives are pre- destined and which ever path we choose to take will eventually lead us to the position that the universes wishes for us to be. So even if we fight against it somehow fate will step in to push us forward or away as the case may be. It is our sense of will which determines how long the journey will take or how bumpy the ride. If we continue to fight against the inevitable because of fear then the final destination could turn out to be a messy release! Take the story of sleeping beauty where the wicked fairy comes to pay her respects to the new born but instead of offering a generous and loving gift she casts a spell of a short life and sudden death at the tender age of sixteen. To be exact she would prick finger on a spindle and snuff it! Now luckily there was till a good fairy who had not yet given her present to the princess and although the timing was a certainty she gave her another option, a way out or should I say antidote of a long snooze rather than actually death. Also it affected everyone else in the kingdom so no one would really notice in the end much like when we have a great night sleep for 10 hours and time goes quickly. Now the king and queen could have just gone along with this , taken it on the chin and enjoyed life until then but no they decided to avoid even the chance of a good nights kip and stubbornly took the law into their own hands . 'Free will at its best. So they got rid of any spindles or dangerous objects so the princess would be out of harms way but we all know that young people especially teenagers love breaking the boundaries and because the future was destined she discovered the fatal weapon anyway. Typical eh all that work ruined. Some might say energy wasted? The ironic thing really is that all works out in the end with a happily ever after and a kiss from a handsome prince. Who could ask for more? So was this whole state of affairs, twists, turns and plots all really constructed so she could find the PERFECT match? All about her finding true love? If the wicked fairy had decided to stay at home on the day of the party and and the christening not cursed what reason would have the prince for turning up? They may never have met at all and she could have been a spinster. Well its something to consider don't you think?
So what I am saying is that although some of our future is set in stone there are ways to make the journey easier and we all have a guide to help us get through difficult challenges and there is always a bigger picture to our plight. where we think we are going is often a brand new destination and what we think we need is often completely the opposite. Trust now that there is a path set for you to journey toward the best future. So sit back and enjoy the adventure and more importantly the ride to come....
