How can you lose something that is already lost? So why are you afraid then? Create some boundaries and get your head above the sand because today is a new day and an opportunity to review what you want and how you wish to achieve it. There are some steps to take but ultimately the goal is in sight and above all achievable. Its time to deal with the fear and open your eyes to the realisation that the fear you are holding onto is not reality. A situation may feel like a nightmare repeating itself but all you need to do is open your eyes and wake up .....

If your aim is to go high then why select the path going down hill? if you can see the top of the mountain then keep it in sight as that way you will see clearly when a diversion takes place. If necessary take your shoes off to connect with the foundation of your soul and that way you will be fully aware when the ground gets rocky.  If then you choose to continue to  the 'souls' of your feet you also have the choice to take an alternative route.
